CARBON FOX is a compact, active two-way analog nearfield monitor engineered for accuracy, speed, and musical truth. Re-imagined from the original FOX, it features a fully carbon-fiber enclosure with constrained-layer damping for exceptional rigidity and control. Its sealed cabinet design delivers fast transient response, precise imaging, and surprisingly powerful low end for its size. Dedicated drivers with individually matched amplifiers ensure tight control across the frequency spectrum, while the all-analog signal path preserves warmth and natural detail. Lightweight yet uncompromising, CARBON FOX is ideal for critical mixing, mastering, and professional monitoring in compact studio environments.
CARBON FOX was developed through real-world use on the road. FOH engineer Marc Carolan (sound engineer, mixer, and producer for Muse and Snow Patrol) relied on FOX monitors while touring worldwide to tune PA systems before concerts, and requested an even more rigid, stable reference for demanding environments.
That request led to CARBON FOX — the same trusted sonic reference, rebuilt with a fully carbon-fiber enclosure to deliver greater rigidity, stability, and consistency under extreme conditions, without altering the sound engineers depend on.

CARBON FOX is the refined evolution of the original FOX nearfield monitor, rebuilt around a carbon-fiber enclosure using constrained-layer damping technology. This construction delivers exceptional rigidity, reduces resonance, and achieves a 30% weight reduction without compromising sonic accuracy.
Sealed Design for Transient Accuracy
Its sealed enclosure enables fast transient response, minimal phase distortion, and tightly controlled low frequencies. The result is precise imaging, clean bass definition, and a balanced soundstage ideally suited for critical listening and detailed mix decisions.
Dedicated Drivers, Dedicated Power
Each driver is powered by its own built-in amplifier, precisely matched to its operating range. This active architecture maximizes efficiency, improves dynamic control, and ensures coherent reproduction across the frequency spectrum.
Pure Analog Signal Path
CARBON FOX employs an all-analog design that preserves warmth, depth, and musical realism, allowing audio to retain its natural character without sacrificing clarity or precision.
Optional Protective Grille
An optional grille can be fitted for added protection without altering performance. Designed with a high open-area perforation, it allows sound to pass through freely, preserving the speaker’s natural balance, clarity, and transient response while keeping the sound open and uncolored.
