Multiband Compressor
The Multicore is a flexible, three-band analog VCA compressor designed to shape dynamics with precision and musicality. Its active crossover divides the signal into Low, Mid, and High bands, allowing each range to be compressed independently without introducing phase issues. This makes it powerful on mix buses, in mastering chains, or when treating individual sources such as vocals—where sibilants can be controlled without affecting low-end punch. Each band features dedicated threshold, ratio, attack, release, and gain controls, plus a Mute/On/Bypass switch for focused monitoring. With transformer-balanced I/O, high-grade components, and exceptional stereo correlation, the Multicore delivers clean, controlled, professional-level compression.
A Three-Band Compressor Built for Control
At the heart of the Multicore is an adjustable active crossover that separates the audio into Low, Mid, and High bands with a gentle 6 dB/oct slope. This ensures musical shaping of each frequency range while avoiding unwanted phase interactions. Because each band has its own compressor module, you can fine-tune dynamics in ways impossible with a single-band design.
Independent Compression for Every Band
Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release, and Gain settings are available on all three compressors, giving you complete authority over transient design and tone. Each band also includes a Mute/On/Bypass switch, allowing isolated monitoring or creative processing by disabling specific frequency ranges.
Built for Professional Reference and Precision
The Multicore uses transformer-balanced inputs and outputs (UTM Industry) and a fully THT-based signal path. All passive components are matched for superior left/right consistency, ensuring reliable stereo imaging. Low noise, high headroom, and minimal crosstalk make the unit suitable for mix buses, mastering, or any application requiring uncompromising audio integrity.
